Delivery is FREE, from 90€ of order in Europe.
Below this amount, delivery cost is fixed to 8€ per order (14€ for rest of Europe, 25€ for US & CA).
Delivery times may vary depending on the item because we work with artisans and some products come from small batch productions or are even made to order. An indicative expedition time is listed on the site for product with a longer than expected delivery time.
If, however, the item is ultimately temporarily not or no longer available or will be delivered at a later date beyond the expected delivery time, we will notify you by email.
Once shipped the package will be delivered on average within 2-4 working days to your home (maximum 7 days for rest of Europe, up to 10 days for US and Canada).
Returns
Returns are free, within 15 days of receiving your package.
A returned item must be returned, intact and complete, in its original packaging.
It must be returned with the label bearing the reference, within 15 days of receipt of the package. Maison Artesa cannot accept damaged, worn, stained or damaged products. In the event of abusive returns, Maison Artesa will not accept the returned items.
How to proceed?
Your satisfaction is key to us and we will do everything possible to ensure that the products we offer meet your high expectations for quality and service.
If this has not been the case, we invite you to contact us upon receipt of your package to let us know.
Please do not try to contact the brand directly regarding your return.
We will ask you to specify the reason for your return:
-Product not meeting my expectations (please tell us how we can improve)
-Unsatisfactory size or design
-Quality issue
-Product arrived damaged
-Product not working as stated
We will then send you a return slip to print and stick directly on your original package.
Remember to add the delivery slip for your product to facilitate the processing of your return.
All you have to do now is send it.
Keep the proof of deposit. You will need it for any complaint.
Refund method:
The refund method is the same as the payment method for your order.
The amount of the returned item will be credited directly to your credit card or paypal account (depending on the method used when ordering) within 7 working days from the date of registration of your return.
